Намира се в новата част на гр. Несебър, по крайбрежния път за село Равда. Представлява четириетажна сграда с 20 двойни стаи и 2 апартамента с кухни, градина и малък басейн.

На първия етаж е разположено фоайе с рецепция. Две стълбища водят към хотелските стаи, всяка от които разполага с тераса. Всички стаи са снабдени са с телевизор, мини бар, телефон, разтегателен фотьойл. До фоайето се намира уютно бистро. Хотелът е с централна климатизация.
Ползването на басеина и шезлонгите е безплатно. Гостите ще открият тук домашен уют и спокойствие. На 300 м. се намира южният плаж на Несебър.
Закуската не е включена в цената.
